The new VULCAN SYSTEM is the successor of the VULCAN E. Its maintenancefree motor guarantees a long life time. An important feature is its display, which informs the user about current operating status, like air temperature. The internal thermo probe in combination with the builtin controller makes the outlet temperature perfectly precise. Furthermore, the VULCAN SYSTEM features reliable tool and heating element protection, which can be detected by an alarm contact. The standard interface allows to remote control through a 4–20 mA or 0–10 V signal. Hence the VULCAN follows the "LHS-isation" process and fits into the new generation of Leister tools. In addition we simplified the connectivity options on the motor side. It is much easier now to control air flow through an external frequency drive (variable speed drive).
